Job Description

Advance your career supporting students of all ages as a part-time Occupational Therapist in an engaging school setting for the 20262027 academic year. You will collaborate with a range of professionals and adapt your skills district-wide, providing occupational therapy services two to three days per week. Your primary schedule will prioritize Tuesdays, Thursdays, and one additional weekday, so flexibility in your availability is valued.

Qualifications:

  • Active state OT license required
  • Prior experience delivering occupational therapy services in a public school setting is essential
  • Familiarity with supporting students ranging from preschool through age 22, including those in transition programs
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and other specialists
  • Dedication to fostering student independence, participation, and functional skill development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer assessments and create individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEP goals
  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students across multiple school sites within the district
  • Provide consultative support and education to teachers and caregivers
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation for student records and progress
  • Engage with IEP teams to ensure comprehensive support for each students needs
