Qualifications:

• Active Nevada Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Demonstrated experience working with pediatric populations
• Previous school-based OT experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage and adapt to varying caseloads across age groups

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement interventions and support student progress
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress in accordance with school policies
• Support students in developing fine motor skills, adaptive strategies, and sensory integration
• Provide direct therapy sessions and consultative support for staff as needed
• Advocate for students needs, ensuring inclusive participation in the learning environment
