Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current and valid California OT license
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs
• Knowledge of IEP process and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for students with varying needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans under IEP guidelines
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students across multiple grade levels
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to ensure cohesive support
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
• Maintain detailed records, progress updates, and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide input on adaptive equipment, classroom modifications, and sensory strategies as needed
