Desired Qualifications:

• Valid OT licensure in the state of California
• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Prior experience working with school-aged children strongly preferred
• Ability to develop and modify individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Passion for enhancing student independence and participation

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify needs related to fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care tasks
• Develop targeted intervention plans with measurable goals, tailored to each students unique needs
• Consult regularly with teachers, counselors, and families to ensure comprehensive support
• Track and document student progress, updating plans as needed to promote consistent growth
• Deliver both one-on-one and small group therapy sessions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the collaborative problem-solving process
• Offer training and resources to school staff to reinforce therapeutic strategies across settings
