Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience in school-based OT services or comparable pediatric settings
• Knowledge of home health OT practices and resources
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Flexibility and comfort adapting to diverse caseloads and environments

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students' functional abilities and needs within school and virtual environments
• Design and implement therapy interventions supporting students educational and developmental goals
• Provide recommendations for accommodations or modifications in both classroom and remote settings
• Collaborate frequently with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
• Track progress through detailed documentation and timely reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
• Offer training and support to teachers and families to maximize students access to learning
