An opportunity is available for a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide specialized support within a K-12 school setting in Ventura, CA. This is a leave contract position serving students across the full school-age range, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on a diverse caseload. Licensed professionals will work collaboratively with educators and healthcare staff to develop and implement therapeutic interventions that promote student well-being and educational success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
• Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to K-12 students
• Providing direct occupational therapy services to support developmental and educational goals
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Valid California Occupational Therapist licensure required
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Familiarity with home health and healthcare OT settings is beneficial
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and adapt to student-specific needs
