Key Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and families
- Ability to maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance guidelines
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess students needs to determine appropriate interventions within the school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support educational participation
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to optimize outcomes
- Provide direct therapy services and consultative support as needed
- Facilitate adaptive strategies and recommend modifications to promote student access
- Track progress, document interventions, and contribute to IEP meetings
