Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a credentialed Occupational Therapist, supporting students aged 522 for the upcoming academic year. This school-based role offers the chance to make a real difference across a range of student needs and settings, including both in-person and potential teletherapy formats. Youll work closely with multiple schools, with the flexibility of a 0.8 FTE position and the possibility to move into a full-time schedule. The assignment is set to begin in mid-August and will run through early June, aligning with the districts calendar. Extended School Year (ESY) opportunities may also be available.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active California Occupational Therapist license is required
• Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable providing OT services in-person and via teletherapy
• Familiarity with IEP development and documentation
• Ability to support a diverse caseload of varying ages and needs
• Commitment to collaboration with educational teams and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and deliver IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation
• Adapt interventions to meet diverse sensory, motor, and social-emotional needs
• Participate in team meetings, evaluations, and professional development sessions
• Manage a caseload across multiple school sites as assigned
