Qualifications/Desired Experience

• Valid Arizona Occupational Therapy license
• IVP fingerprint clearance card required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric OT strongly preferred
• Knowledge of IEP systems and procedures desirable
• Ability to adapt to itinerant roles involving multiple locations
• Background check and any additional credentialing required by assignment

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of school-based OT services to students across two sites (K-8 and elementary)
• Develop, implement, and document IEPs in collaboration with faculty and families
• Provide assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for diverse student caseloads
• Travel between assigned schools; maintain records and participate in contract review or board meetings as needed
• Engage in daily collaboration with educators and clinical teams
