What youll bring:

• Valid New Mexico state OT licensure (NMRLD) and active NMPED certification (or ability to secure certification quickly before your start date)
• School-based OT experience preferred, but open to both licensed OTs and COTAs
• Willingness to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
• Adaptability to travel between multiple school sites
• Enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations, ranging from kindergarten through high school

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing onsite therapy and consultation to students across several schools within the district
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with teachers and education staff to support student participation and success
• Supervising COTAs to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Keeping accurate documentation and participating in IEP meetings as needed
