Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid Michigan OT license required
• Experience in school settings serving K-12 students preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and other professionals
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet individual student needs district-wide
• Passion for empowering young people to achieve their fullest potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with students Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Assess and develop treatment plans to support students motor skills, sensory processing, and independence in school activities
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive learning environments across four school locations
• Document progress, provide recommendations, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Travel between assigned sites within the district as part of your regular schedule
