  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in California
  • Experience in school-based OT settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to deliver services in multiple formats: in-person, home-based, and teletherapy

  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and educational staff
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage caseload demands and varying work environments
  • Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and following ethical standards in pediatric/educational care

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify students functional abilities and intervention needs
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Utilizing evidence-based strategies for both direct and consultative services
  • Documenting progress and outcomes with accuracy and timeliness
  • Providing support through home health or teletherapy options when required
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing expertise to multidisciplinary discussions
