Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid and active California Occupational Therapy Licensure is required
- Prior experience in schools, home health, or healthcare environments preferred
- Strong understanding of pediatric therapy and IEP processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Compassion, creativity, and adaptability in supporting diverse learners
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to a varied caseload of students
- Assess and address students needs through customized intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary staff to develop effective strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with school and state standards
