Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license (state of North Dakota)
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school environments
• Familiarity with IEP processes, goal setting, and progress reporting
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to meet diverse student needs
• Organizational skills and a flexible, problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students strengths and areas of need
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans guided by IEP objectives
• Deliver direct therapy and interventions in both individual and group settings
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary
• Consult with educators and families on strategies to promote student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expert input on occupational therapy goals and accommodations
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
