A full-time opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to provide in-person services within a school setting in Texico, NM. This role involves working with approximately 30 students, primarily at the elementary school level, with some involvement in middle and high school populations. The position offers a standard 37.5-hour workweek on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs across elementary, middle, and high schools
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students assessments and educational goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student progress and participation
• Monitor student progress and maintain clear, timely documentation in compliance with school guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school settings
• Familiarity with educational environments spanning elementary through high school levels
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 30 students effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with teachers, parents, and other team members
• Commitment to supporting students functional and academic success
