Job Description

This full-time leave contract opportunity for an On-site Occupational Therapist supports K-12 students in a school setting located in Terre Haute, IN. The assignment begins August 11, 2025, spanning approximately 12 weeks to cover maternity leave. The role offers a balanced schedule averaging 37.5 to 40 hours per week within a structured 3:1 service delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect OT services aligned with individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess student needs and progress
  • Collaborate with a team of OTs during dedicated weeks for conferences, testing, and professional development
  • Manage caseloads involving a variety of disabilities with tailored intervention strategies
  • Perform Medicaid billing accurately according to district protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid Indiana Occupational Therapy license
  • Indiana teacher certification
  • Experience providing school-based OT services to K-12 populations
  • Familiarity with a 3:1 service delivery model involving cycles of direct service and professional collaboration
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation efficiently

Location Details: Primary site is Terre Haute, IN, with additional opportunities in Paris, IL; Summit Grove, IN; and Perth, IN.
