In this dynamic role, you will provide assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success. Your skill set will be utilized in a variety of settings, including traditional in-school therapy, home health support, and teletherapy services, ensuring comprehensive care tailored to each learner's needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active California OT license (required)
• Experience working as an OT in schools, healthcare, home health, or teletherapy environments
• Strong understanding of pediatric OT practices and interventions for K-12 students
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based therapy, documentation, and collaborative support

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough student assessments and develop targeted therapeutic interventions
• Prepare and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in partnership with staff and families
• Deliver occupational therapy sessions through in-person, home, and virtual platforms as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing progress monitoring
