Key Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license
• Valid IVP fingerprint card
• Previous school-based OT experience preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Capacity to supervise up to 2 COTAs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide 1520 hours/week of direct treatment using a progressive workload model
• Serve a caseload of 4060 students (direct and consult)
• Deliver interventions to students ranging from preschool through 8th grade
• Supervise and support 12 Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families for optimal student outcomes
