Qualifications:
- Current Arizona OT license required.
- Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card.
- Prior experience working with pediatric populations is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and school documentation practices a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Adaptability to support various caseloads as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in a school environment.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs.
- Assess and document student needs, progress, and outcomes.
- Provide both direct and consultative therapy services according to student plans.
- Promote functional independence and participation in school routines and activities.
