Qualified candidates will be comfortable adapting OT best practices to the academic environment, collaborating with educators and families, and delivering individualized and group interventions.

Qualifications:

• Current Arizona Occupational Therapy license required
• IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Previous experience in a school-based OT position preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to design and implement effective intervention plans for PreK 8th grade students

What Youll Do:

• Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to student needs
• Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions, adjusting methodologies to suit each childs unique strengths and challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize each students participation and success in the school environment
• Maintain detailed progress documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Support program development and consult on adaptive strategies for classroom participation
