Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active Arizona Occupational Therapist license
- Possess a current IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Experience in educational or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Background in school-based OT, home health, or broader healthcare environments preferred
- Skilled at collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff for student care plans
- Adaptable, organized, and able to deliver creative, evidence-based interventions
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students strengths and areas of need
- Develop and implement IEP-directed therapy services for students with a variety of abilities
- Provide both direct therapy and consultative support to staff and families
- Maintain detailed records and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt therapy materials and strategies to fit individual and classroom goals
- Help promote inclusion and support access to the full educational experience
