Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience delivering therapy in schools, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy environments
• Strong background in pediatric assessment and individualized treatment planning
• Adept at collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Effective communicator, both in-person and through virtual platforms
• Comfortable managing caseloads and documenting progress in compliance with educational and medical standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students motor, sensory, and functional abilities, determining individualized therapy goals
• Develop and implement evidence-based Occupational Therapy interventions
• Support students in improving fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills crucial for school success
• Collaborate with educational staff, caregivers, and other practitioners to integrate therapy recommendations into daily routines
• Maintain comprehensive records of interventions, progress, and outcomes
• Deliver services flexibly: in-person at schools, via teletherapy, or in a home health setting as required
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team decisions
