Job Description
A contract position is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing in telehealth and teletherapy services within a school setting located in Tulare, CA. This role involves providing remote occupational therapy support to students ranging from Transitional Kindergarten through 6th grade.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering occupational therapy services via telehealth platforms to an average caseload of 12 students
- Collaborating with educators and families to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Conducting evaluations and progress monitoring to inform treatment goals
- Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations
Qualifications:
- Current California Occupational Therapy License is required
- Experience providing teletherapy services preferred
- Ability to work effectively with children in early childhood and elementary age ranges
- Strong communication skills for working remotely with students, parents, and school staff
Assignment Details:
- Contract dates from August 12, 2026, through June 4, 2027
- Approximately 8 to 10 hours per week
