Providing occupational therapy services in a school setting, this contract position focuses on delivering care to young students through telehealth or in-person sessions. Based in Sanostee, NM, the role primarily supports two 7-year-old students requiring 30 minutes of direct therapy weekly, with total hours, including indirect time, ranging from 1 to 2 hours per week. Services will be provided from August 3 through May 19.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students, either virtually or on-site
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document progress and collaborate with educational staff as needed
• Provide indirect services related to student care and therapy planning

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with current certification
• Experience in pediatric occupational therapy, preferably within school settings
• Proficient in telehealth platforms for remote therapy delivery
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Location:

• Sanostee, New Mexico, with services provided virtually or in Shiprock, NM as applicable
