Job Description
A contract opportunity is available for a Licensed Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based services, providing telehealth and teletherapy support to students across kindergarten through 12th grade. This role is fully remote, based in California, with a focus on delivering occupational therapy within an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services via telehealth and teletherapy platforms to support K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate with educators and caregivers to maximize therapeutic outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in virtual meetings and consultations to coordinate student care
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid California Occupational Therapy License required
- Experience providing occupational therapy services in a school setting preferred
- Proficient in delivering telehealth and teletherapy interventions
- Strong communication and time management skills to effectively support students remotely
- Ability to work independently while adhering to program guidelines
Schedule and Location:
- Remote position based in California
- 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
