An Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience in telehealth services is sought for a contract position supporting students in a school setting. This role involves providing specialized OT support primarily through virtual platforms, with flexibility for in-person service if feasible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted occupational therapy services to two seven-year-old students, allocating approximately 30 minutes per student weekly.
• Manage 1-2 hours of total weekly commitment, including direct therapy and necessary indirect documentation and planning.
• Conduct sessions virtually, ensuring effective engagement and adherence to therapy goals.
• Collaborate with educational staff to integrate therapeutic techniques into the students learning experience.
• Maintain accurate, timely records of therapy sessions in compliance with educational and healthcare standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with valid credentials to practice.
• Proven experience delivering OT services in school environments.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and delivering virtual therapy services.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with school personnel, students, and families.
• Ability to manage schedules and documentation independently in a remote setting.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Shiprock, NM (virtual services accepted)
• Contract duration: August 3 through May 19
• Approximately 1-2 hours of weekly commitment including direct and indirect OT services.
