Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, valid Michigan Occupational Therapist license
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to varied developmental levels
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with students, families, and school staff
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs and student needs
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention strategies, and document student progress
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to create accessible classroom experiences
• Participate in developing individualized education plans and attend relevant meetings
• Support students in building fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills
• Advocate for student independence and access to educational settings
