Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license
• Experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
• Skilled in conducting assessments and developing individual intervention plans
• Proficient in facilitating IEP meetings and collaborating with education teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies
• Ability to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer assessments to identify students strengths, needs, and progress
• Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to individual student goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families
• Document services, progress notes, and evaluations accurately and promptly
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute expert input
• Provide direct therapyboth one-on-one and in group settingsfocusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation
• Educate staff and parents on strategies for supporting students occupational needs
