Desired Qualifications:

What youll do:
- Evaluate students functional abilities and needs within the school setting
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Support teachers and staff with strategies and accommodations for students
- Provide direct therapy and monitor students progress
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and help set achievable, student-centered goals
- Serve as a resource for consultative guidance to staff and families
