What you bring:

• Valid Ohio occupational therapist license (required)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting (preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for fostering student success and independence across diverse populations
• Adaptable approach to caseloads spanning elementary, middle, and high school ages

Key responsibilities:

• Assess students abilities and needs through observations and standardized assessments
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans to address educational and functional goals
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with student IEPs
• Document progress, collaborate on multidisciplinary teams, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide strategies and adaptations to enhance participation in academic and daily activities
• Educate and empower teachers and staff to support student occupational needs
