Experience a rewarding contract opportunity as an on-site Occupational Therapist serving elementary to middle school students in an engaging educational environment near Swansboro, NC. With a manageable caseload of 45 to 50 students, you'll play a vital role in supporting young learners' growth and independence.

Your expertise will be utilized across a variety of settings, including school-based and healthcare-focused environments, ensuring that services are customized to support student success at every step. You'll collaborate with educators and families, employ creative interventions, and track each students progress toward their goals.

Qualifications:

• Current North Carolina Occupational Therapist license required
• Experience in school settings and/or pediatric populations preferred
• Familiarity with OT practices in home health and school settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload across elementary and middle school ages

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with IEPs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families for holistic student support
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to setting student goals
• Stay current on best practices in OT and participate in professional development opportunities
