Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience delivering OT services in a school, pediatric, or educational environment is preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students to support their educational goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student-specific strategies and accommodations
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records according to school policies
• Consult with teachers and staff regarding classroom modifications and strategies for student success
• Engage in professional development activities to stay current with best practices
