Qualifications:

  • Valid Wisconsin OT or COTA license (required)
  • Experience in school-based OT or COTA roles preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for working with early childhood and elementary-aged students

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to a caseload of 32 students (24 direct, 8 consult)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to support student development and participation
