Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapy license
• Experience working with students in early childhood through grade 12
• Familiarity with educational settings, including pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and related service teams
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
• Flexibility to adapt techniques to meet the unique needs of each student

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Evaluate and identify students needs using observation, assessment tools, and teacher/parent input
• Develop and implement therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as necessary
• Partner with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
• Provide resources, strategies, and training to families and school staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
