What Were Looking For:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) License in California
- Experience or strong interest in school-based OT and/or pediatric therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with educators, families, and staff
- Ability to design, implement, and monitor therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for promoting student success
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students functional abilities and create individualized intervention plans
- Provide therapy services that boost students skills in movement, coordination, and daily living
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student support
- Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings with clear recommendations
- Document progress and adjust interventions as needed for each student
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging therapeutic environment
