Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in California
• Experience or strong interest in school-based OT practice
• Solid knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs), assessments, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering student growth and independence

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person occupational therapy services to K-12 students, addressing fine motor coordination, sensory processing, and educational access needs
• Evaluate students functional abilities through assessments
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise for goal setting and interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal outcomes
