Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Occupational Therapy (OT) licensure

  • Comfortable collaborating with teachers, families, and other support staff
  • Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and assessment tools
  • Effective communicator with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Adaptable to both elementary and secondary school environments

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct OT services to students in accordance with their IEPs and school objectives
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to assess student needs and progress
  • Administer evaluations and accurately document findings
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve student participation and independence
  • Educate and collaborate with staff and families to support student achievement
  • Maintain compliance with school and district policies
