Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid OT licensure in Alaska is required
• Prior experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to provide therapy services both onsite and virtually as needed
• Effective time management for handling a multi-school caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized intervention plans for students with diverse needs
• Deliver direct therapy services, supporting each childs functional, academic, and social participation
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress and generalization of skills
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in team meetings, IEP process, and contribute insights to support each students goals
