Whether you prefer working on-site or remotely, both full-time and part-time roles are available to best match your schedule and lifestyle. The caseload covers 30 to 35 students, offering a manageable and meaningful way to positively impact the development and academic success of each child.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid OT licensure in Alaska is required
- Prior experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to provide therapy services both onsite and virtually as needed
- Effective time management for handling a multi-school caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized intervention plans for students with diverse needs
- Deliver direct therapy services, supporting each childs functional, academic, and social participation
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress and generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in team meetings, IEP process, and contribute insights to support each students goals
