Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Valid ESA certificate through OSPI required
  • Experience in school settings strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in assessing and supporting student needs in educational environments
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and serve a caseload of approximately 60 students from various age groups across multiple schools within the district
  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster optimal student outcomes
  • Implement interventions and monitor progress according to IEP goals
  • Provide consultation and support to educational staff
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to district and state guidelines

This contract role offers 35 hours per week, providing stability while allowing the flexibility to focus on delivering high-quality therapy services. Youll have the chance to contribute meaningfully to each students development and work closely with supportive multidisciplinary teams.
