Job Description

A rewarding opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing in school settings, serving elementary, middle, and high school students. This role is based in Stanton, MI, offering both full-time and part-time positions with flexible hours up to 40 per week on a contractual basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with educators and other professionals to provide individualized occupational therapy services to students.
  • Assess students' needs and develop tailored intervention plans to support their academic and functional participation.
  • Implement therapy sessions aimed at improving motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and plan for accommodations and modifications.
  • Support students in developing skills that enhance their independence and success within the school environment.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license with experience in pediatric or school-based therapy.
