Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Hold a current Occupational Therapist license valid in the state.
• Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred.
• Comfort working across elementary, middle, and high school environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students motor and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct therapy services to students within a school-based environment.
• Consult with teachers, families, and other staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into classrooms.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school policies.
