Key Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience in school-based OT settings preferred
• Strong skills in conducting assessments, evaluations, and therapy for students K12
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to a K-12 caseload, across multiple school sites
• Perform thorough assessments and develop targeted intervention plans
• Provide direct therapy tailored to each students needs to support academic and functional success
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation for evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports
• Consult with educators, administrators, and families to ensure holistic student support
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing clinical insight to help shape individualized education plans
