This contract opportunity allows you to work closely with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels, tailoring interventions that support their developmental goals and access to education.

As an essential member of the educational team, youll collaborate with teachers and families, developing individualized treatment plans to foster student success both academically and functionally. Your insights will help create inclusive classrooms and empower students to achieve greater independence.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Experience delivering OT services in schools (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively with elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of best practices in occupational therapy for school-aged students

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students needs to determine appropriate OT interventions
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans as part of IEP teams
• Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and support staff
• Provide direct therapy and monitor student progress, adjusting plans as needed
• Document services and outcomes in accordance with school policies and state guidelines
• Educate staff and families on strategies that promote students independence and participation
