Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Ohio occupational therapist license (required)
• Experience in educational settings is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy assessments to students as part of multidisciplinary teams
• Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) and goals in accordance with student needs
• Deliver direct and consultative services, both individually and in groups
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
• Collaborate regularly with educators, counselors, and parents to ensure holistic student support
• Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and ongoing professional development
