Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid and active Occupational Therapist license
• Previous experience or strong interest working in school-based settings (K-12)
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and provide direct therapy services
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner effectively with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy preferred
• Familiarity with IEPs, documentation, and school reporting systems

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized student assessments to identify needs and develop treatment plans
• Deliver occupational therapy to support academic and functional skills
• Collaborate with classroom staff and families to integrate therapy strategies
• Participate in team meetings, contribute to IEP development, and provide progress updates
• Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation in a timely manner
• Serve multiple schools within the district with a balanced weekly caseload
