Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid South Carolina OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings highly preferred
• Understanding of IEP process and ability to contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of students to identify fine motor, sensory, and functional needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy interventions to support learning and participation
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to adapt classroom tasks and environments
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations for student supports
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services across multiple grade levels as needed
