Make a positive impact supporting students of all ages as a contract Occupational Therapist in a dynamic educational setting near Sparks, NV. This role provides the opportunity to work collaboratively with elementary, middle, and high school students, empowering them to achieve their best in both their academic and daily lives.

Qualifications:

• Current, valid Occupational Therapist licensure
• Experience working in schools preferred
• Demonstrated ability to support students from elementary through high school
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to supporting student growth and independence

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive support
• Provide direct interventions to help students access the curriculum and participate fully in school activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of evaluations and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise to help shape student goals
• Adapt therapeutic activities to accommodate varying abilities and environments
