Key Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students preferred
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to create and modify intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify fine motor, sensory, and functional areas requiring support
• Provide targeted occupational therapy interventions within school settings
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and outcomes
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Educate teachers and parents on strategies to improve classroom participation and independence
• Adapt therapeutic approaches and materials according to each student's developmental stage and learning environment
• Participate in team meetings, share findings, and support holistic student development
