Key Requirements:
- Active Illinois OT license required
- Experience with early childhood populations (preferred)
- Ability to work onsite 32.5 hours/week
- Commitment to collaborative, integrated therapy models
- Compliance with district and state requirements
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupation-based interventions in a playful, hands-on setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to integrate therapies and maximize student learning
- Support developmentally appropriate academic and functional opportunities
- Collect and maintain progress data consistent with IEP and program policy
- Engage in ongoing communication with educators and parents
