What Youll Need to Succeed:

  • Active Illinois Occupational Therapy (OT) license required
  • Experience working within school settings is strongly preferred
  • Background supporting early childhood or preschool-aged children
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
  • Ability to adapt therapy plans to individual student needs
  • Commitment to maintaining professional standards and confidentiality
  • Compliance with all district and state onboarding requirements (additional certifications or experience as requested by administration)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite occupational therapy services to early childhood students
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, aides, and support staff to align therapy with classroom goals
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed

Compensation for this position ranges from $30.00 to $55.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
