Qualifications/Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Alaska (AK)
- Experience in a school-based setting is beneficial
- Comfort working onsite and virtually
- Commitment to supporting a caseload of 3035 diverse students
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver OT services to students across six small schools
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions
- Document progress and collaborate with educators and families
- Flex between full-time or part-time schedules, as preferred
- Adapt approaches to meet individual and group needs
