This opportunity is for an Occupational Therapist to provide specialized services within six small schools in Soldotna, AK. This role supports a caseload of 30 to 35 students, ensuring each receives individualized therapy tailored to their needs. Both full-time and part-time contract positions are available, with flexible delivery options that include onsite and virtual sessions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing and developing individualized therapy plans for students requiring occupational therapy
• Collaborating with educators and families to support student progress in educational settings
• Delivering therapy services through direct intervention and consultation in both onsite and virtual formats
• Monitoring and documenting student progress in compliance with regulatory and school guidelines
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to student success strategies

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in Alaska is required
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of 30 to 35 students efficiently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with school staff and families
