Job Description
This opportunity is for two Occupational Therapists to work in a school setting located in Smyrna, GA, providing services to K-12 students. The position is a contract role with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, spread across 5 days.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students within the school system.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements.
- Utilize a variety of OT approaches, including teletherapy and home health services, as applicable.
Qualifications:
- Valid GA Occupational Therapy license.
- Experience working in school settings or related healthcare environments.
- Skills in teletherapy and home health OT are a plus.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Commitment to supporting the developmental and educational goals of students.
