Key Qualifications:
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
- Prior experience working with children or studentsschool-based background a plus
- Knowledge of best practices in pediatric occupational therapy

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to elementary-level students, adapting interventions to individual needs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals to foster student growth and participation
- Document progress, maintain compliance with IEP and state requirements, and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
